Spaghetti al Limone

- Boil Cream with Butter .
- Add grated lemon and let boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt.
- Boil the pasta al dente, leaving aside some of the
boiling water to add to the dressing mixture should it prove too thick.
- Mix well till mixture is almost absorbed adding some of the
spaghetti water to dilute it if necessary and serve hot.
