Ingredients
  •  1/4  lt.   cream
  •  30 gr.   butter
  •  1/2  grated lemon
  •  1/4 kg. spaghetti or tagliatelle
  •  Salt

Spaghetti al Limone

  1. Boil Cream with Butter .
  2. Add  grated lemon and let boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Boil the pasta al dente,  leaving aside some of the boiling water to add to the dressing mixture should it prove too thick.
  5. Mix well till mixture is almost absorbed adding some of the spaghetti water to dilute it if necessary and serve hot.
