  •  Red tomatoes
  •  Onions
  •  Garlic
  •  Cilantro
  •  Salt
  •  Hot Chilli

 

Salsa
Salsa is the Spanish term for sauce, and in English-speaking countries usually refers to the often tomato-based, hot sauces typical of Mexican cuisine, particularly those used as dips. There are many types of salsa which usually vary throughout Latin America.

  1. Drop tomatoes in boiling water and peel them
  2. Put on fire with very little water and some chopped chilli and cook slightly.
  3. Blend in processor with onions  and some garlic and salt.
  4. Chop some cilantro and onions and add to the blended mixture.
Serve cold as a dip
