- 2 onions
- 50 gr. butter
- 2 tbs. flour
- Salt, pepper, paprika, to taste
- 1 carrot,
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of brandy
- Beef stock or beef extract cube

- Cut meat in cubes and cover with flour.
- Fry carrots and onion till golden in butter.
- When meat changes color, cover and lower heat. Let cook for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and add salt pepper and paprika.
- Stir well, add a glass of red wine and cover again, stirring every now
and then..
- After 30 minutes cover the meat with stock and let cook for 3 hours, stirring
ever now and then until done.
Serve with rice or potatoes
