- 1 chicken
- 1 tbs. sesame
- 50 gr. ginger
- 1 tbs. mustard seed
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1 small red cabbage
- 1 Green & 1 red Peppers
- 2 carrots
- Some fried bread cubes (optional)

Chicken Salad

- Boil Chicken with one onion cut in four and add black pepper
while cooking.
- Debone chicken into shreds.
- Roast the sesame seeds until slightly golden.
- Prepare salad dressing by grinding the mustard seeds and
adding some warm water and some grated ginger, sesame oil and salt
to taste.
- Mix sesame with the chicken and mix all with the vegetables.
- Add the dressing (and bread cubes)
- Mix well and serve.
